Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective products under warranty

We only replace items if they have a technical defect that is not our fault. We will then first send this item to the manufacturer if it is still covered by the warranty. This will then either be repaired or completely replaced there.

If your device is no longer under warranty, we will first inform you about the costs of the repair.

Returns

To return your product, you should send your product to the following address: OWMO, Gastland 2, 26826 Weener, Germany.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you're returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
