Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective products under warranty

We replace items only if they have a technical defect that is not our fault. We will then send this item in first to the manufacturer if it is still under warranty. This is then either repaired or completely renewed there.

If your device is out of warranty, we will first inform you about the cost of repair.

Return shipping

To return your product, you should send your product to the following address: OWMO, Gastland 2, 26826 Weener, Germany.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
