Multi-IQ multi-frequency technology

The Minelab Equinox 700 has Multi-IQ multi-frequency technology, so this metal detector can work on several search frequencies at the same time. The Equinox 700 has search frequencies of 4, 5, 10 and 15 kHz. You can choose whether to search on a single frequency or on Multi-IQ.

Each search frequency has its specific area of ​​application. Low frequencies such as 4 or 5 kHz achieve more depth, but are less sensitive to small parts. Medium frequencies such as 10 and 15 kHz are good all-round frequencies that are both sensitive to small parts and also achieve a decent search depth.

On Multi-IQ, the Equinox 700 searches simultaneously with all the advantages of the search frequencies mentioned above.

Water resistant to 5 Meter

Thanks to IP68 water resistance up to 5 m, you can search almost anywhere with the Equinox 700. Suitable for fresh and salt water, even probes in bad weather are no problem with the Equinox 700.

Built-in Bluetooth including ML-85 Bluetooth headphones

The Minelab Equinox 700 has a built-in Bluetooth module and comes with ML-85 Low Latency Bluetooth headphones. There is also a waterproof 3,5 mm jack connection for optional wired headphones or underwater headphones. The volume can be adjusted directly via the control unit.

Built-in Li-ion battery

The Equinox 700 has a built-in Li-Ion battery that is charged via a magnetic USB port. The battery life is approx. 10 – 12 hours.

Object identification

The Equinox 700 has object identification with conductive values ​​that can be read on the clear and concise display. The conductances run from -19 to -1 for iron objects and from 1 to 99 for detecting more valuable objects, with silver having higher conductances and gold having a medium conductivity. You can also hide the iron objects from -19 to -1 with the discrimination function. With the horseshoe button you can quickly and easily show and hide iron.

Display lighting and coil lighting

The Equinox 700 has red display lighting in different brightnesses. The device also has button and coil lighting. So you can go hunting even in the dark!

Pinpoint function and software updates

With the help of the pinpoint function, objects can be located precisely. You can also update the Equinox via USB.
